Hi Bob.
> I'm sure you have covered this before, but what is your depression like? Is it mainly a pure unipolar melancholy, or is it characterized by other problems?
My bipolar depression does not present as melancholia. The prominent symptoms are anergia and anhedonia. There is a lack of mental and physical energy. I also suffer from cognitive impairments, including slowed thinking, inability to concentrate, impaired ability to read, and poor memory. There is also some social anxiety.
