hey fb,

don't take this as gospel by any means (my trial was rather brief), but the side-effects were very dose-dependent for me.

10mg = pleasant buzz, improved concentration and energy, sleep fine

20mg = anxious, difficulty moving (hard to explain, but i just couldn't leave the couch)

30mg+ = anxiolytic, and a lot cleaner (maybe metabolically?) than the other drugs i've been on.

unfortunately, it made sleeping impossible, and i feel like the numerous aids i had to resort to (benzo's, AP's, etc.) counteracted any brain-fog-lifting benefits the drug might've possessed. i think as long as you have a doc who's willing to experiment with doses, and attend to the insomnia, it could definitely be worth a shot.
