Things I like one day I have no interest the next.

Can anyone help me this is driving me MAD..
Does anyone else experience this ?
Is this a kind of Bipolar activity ?
Somedays I can really get stuck into something, a task, work, errand, new hobby. I take interest and really get into it - (maybe obsessively get into it too much).
Then a few days later the interest completely disappears and the thought of doing whatever it was disgusts me.
I can never start any new business ideas, have any hobbies or enjoy my work because if one day im liking what I'm doing I know in a few days the idea, hobbies or job will be brushed aside.
My relationships also suffer with this way of behaving.
I have been diaged as dysthemic/Atypical and don't currently take meds.
