Is it possible to have toxicity at lowish dosages?

Maybe I am being a hypochondriac...
I'm at 600mg (for a couple of weeks). All of the sudden tonight I got nausea. I am worrying my levels are elevated.
I have been having diarrhea and infrequent urination almost the entire time I have been on this stuff. Almost 3 weeks now.
Doc doesn't want me to get my blood level checked until I have been at 900mg for a week.
