i have the same problem but it occurred after discontinuing an SSRI and did not improve after reinstatement. I also no longer feel happy or spiritual feelings, i also can not feel love very well. However I´m not sad. I created a similar post about ssri induced anhedonia, not long ago. many suggested SNRIs. You should try to find my post there was a lot of good advice.
Unfortunately paxil is a very hard drug to get off of. The other posters suggested adding a drug like nortriptyline might help by increasing norepinephrine.
