In my experience, Lexapro caused the least side effects (some lethargy, diminished libido, weight loss). It worked wonders for anxiety, and it seemed to help with depression. The one -major- problem I had with escitalopram is that, after a about a year on it, I developed severe SSRI- induced apathy syndrome, which is why I ditched it. I'm thinking it would mix well with Wellby.
Prozac is currently working very well for me, for both anxiety and depression. The startup side effects were quite nasty, by far the worst I've experienced - I feel fine now. Only problem is insomnia... so I wouldn't add Wellbutrin to the mix. For some reason, it hasn't affected my libido at all. It seems to be weight neutral.
I've tried most of the SSRIs, and these two are my favourites - they're completely different, though. I've never tried SNRIs, can't tolerate them. I'm guessing any SSRI/SNRI could potentially help you.
Good luck.
> I would like to ask all reading which ssri or snri caused you the least side effects and helped you the most with anxiety and depression? Also what dose was used.I'm curently taking Wellbutrin 150mg and Klonopin and am looking for help with an ssri/snri for anxiety and ocd.I'm concerned about loss of libido, impotence, weight gain, and lethargy.
> Lexapro,Celexa,Luvox,Prozac,Zoloft,Paxil,Pristiq,Effexor,Remeron etc.All feedback will be greatly appreciated.I know any of these meds. can cause the side affects listed above.I would like to see the first hand percentages before seeing my pdoc.
