This is how I view things as an addiction: an activity that gives pleasure and interferes with the Quality of life, in that you see your adddiction (even if you don't see it) over normal life circumstances. Something that revolves around time, and becomes your time (say start's changing, or changed maybe 10 years ago and now is viewed as regular life).
There is some diffrent things: substance, sleeping, drinking, food to excessive, sex, anything that envolves pleasure or dopamine release, opiate like feelings (awe feeling).
I kinda want this to be a discussion, because would apprieciate how you see addiction, then depenence.

Stimulants help in some aspect's and I know that they are not needed in part's of life. Yet if it improves some aspect's in thinking, while taking it, some common sense stuff that does not come clearly to the mind when thinking while not taking medication. Is that just taking medication or dependence? Depending meaning it's helping over some aspect's in life that without medication it's useless, so (such as writing articles, or books, increases some activity).
_______________________________________________Say, when i post here, there have been negative posts that gave reader's "i don't know what to say", ket changing the writing style...into a better format and maybe benefiting poster's/reader's would be good for them in providing insight on a topic. Instead of complaining. Writing is one thing for me, then feeling/doing it is another.
_______________________________________________There are level's of addiction, yet sometimes i think it's silly to call it a addiction (any example) A true addiction is seeing dependence on a substance/or an activity to "feel good".
That's just how I'm seeing it, any feedback would be good.
