I can't say 100mg of any kind of Seroquel is much of a dose and would produce any profound sleepiness for those who have already taken atypicals.

There's a certain possibility of a "memory" of it.


I would imagine you would feel more sleepy (hopefully at least at night only) once you were at 400+ . Its possible for you, it may actually work spread out through the day.


It really hasn't gained much interest in the psychiatric community because Seroquel IR seems to work the same but there's always those who respond differently -- I guess I responded maybe "slightly" differently.
