I plan on exercising more. I remember when I was exercising at least four times a week, I didnt have any anxiety/depression problems. I also started acupuncture treatment. Ive had three sessions. Not sure if its going to be helpful in the long run, but I do feel a lot more relaxed after the sessions. Calms Forte has chamomile, and other natural ingredients, that supposedly has been used for many years with no adverse side effects or contraindications. Ive also gotten out of meditating and I remember that was very helpful too. My depression is controlled. I am feeling more of the anxiety symptoms now. Im not knocking meds, as I think meds can be very helpful to some people, but I think that doctors are too quick to write out a prescription without seeking other better alternatives. Meds arent for everyone. I just hope I get through this hump soon!
