It seems that it will if serotonin levels are increased by taking tryptophan. The other thing I found is that Parnate can inhibit the response to the prolactin lowering properties of bromocriptyine. I could not find anything related to Parnate monotherapy or its combination with chlorpromazine (Thorazine; Largactil).
