Serzone has its liver problem issues, which is why it was dropped as a patented medication like a hot potato and is generic, but can certainly be taken by people in reasonable health (liver wise for sure).
I can tell you that Trazodone is just as hunger making -- but this of course is just a personal story, its conceivable that there are people who still take it for depression.
I just know that staying up with it before going to sleep = raiding the refrigerator, plus the nausea from low blood pressure and a need to get-in-bed-right-now before I would faint.But everyone is different.
