What Medication Direction Should I Take?

Hey guys, I have a meeting with my pdoc the August 17th, and I was wondering what you guys think would be a good direction to take with my medications.
I've tried, Lexapro, Zoloft, Paxil, and Prozac. Should I just keep trying SSRI's/SNRI's or should I try something like Remeron? (I made a thread about Remeron and somebody said that it was useless except as a sleep aid) Any thoughts would be appreciated. =)
