I read a study recently demonstrating that Ondansetron (a 5ht3 antagonist) reversed the dopamine firing rate attenuation that Clorgiline had in rats. Clorgiline being specific for MAO-A.
I'm looking at augments to prevent/slow the dopamine firing rate attenuation that is so common with long term MAOI use. My first try is gonna be Memantine. Perhaps Ondansetron second.
Also considering Pramipexole...but that one might send me through the roof with anxiety...dunno.m
