all i was asking is has any one gone higher than 120mg ,an as i got no answeres i will have now to take that as a no.i take supplements for anxiety,the anwser i was looking for i got in a way, no one takes on site more than 120mg.so i dont think we have been hear before no affence taken. if so after 35 years of meds my short team memory is shot away sorry.mannic 666
