Luvox - Anyone please tell me all you know

Hi,

I have bipolar depression and am considering trying Luvox because of the supposed less severe sexual side effects its causes compared to others I have tried like Paxil.

I would love to hear ANY information about this drug, because there is not a whole lot of info available that I have been able to find.
Namely:
1. How good is it against depression?
2. How helpful in lessening anxiety/panic?
3. How long to work?
4. I heard you can not consume caffeine , is this true?
5. Do cigarettes affect the dosing?
6. could you add something like low dose selegiline to the mix to boost dopamine levels?
7. How likely is it to induce mania in a bipolar patient who is on Lithium?
