> So I started remeron this past weekend, added to 300 mg of wellbutrin that I've been taking since november. It has a very noticeable effect (good things), but for the past few days I have been extremely anxious, especially socially. I've had anxiety for many years now, but this is more acute than usual, for example my startle response has been very, very intense and ultra-sensitive for the past few days. Strangely, remeron cut anxiety dramatically at first, but it all came right back after about three days.

I thought that lower doses of remeron were supposed to be more sedating... but I could be wrong. Not to mention YMMV...
