Lithium - Slow release vs. regular

Anyone have different responses to the slow release Lithium versus the regular version?


In the past I took the slow release and now I am taking the immediate release.. the immediate release seems to be working faster and better, but this could be due to many other factors. So I was just wondering if anyone had any toughts on the issue.
