I think the combination would be worth a try.

The herb ginkgo biloba is a serotonin uptake acellerator as well as a 5-ht1a agonist. I can see some possably synergy.

As mentioned, buspar has a low possability of causing TD like effects. It has some antagonism at d2 receptors like antipsychotics.

The risk of TD with buspar is lower than with AP's. And probably lower if you keep it on the low end of dosing.

I'd say give it a try to find out.

Not everybody responds to buspar, but some people find it very helpful.
