Hi all,
Well, after trial & error I must conclude that tianeptine/buspar is a definate no-go area for me! The reason being that Tianeptine already causes constipation by itself and in combo with Buspar it makes is 10x worse. Last week I gained 2,7 kg - which really is a lot for just one week. Laxatives have little to no effect.
Also, the combination of Tianeptine & Buspar causes excruciating dry mouth and eyes (probably because Buspar works on the cholinergic system) and this is not tolerable with Sjogren's Syndrome. So I'll have to let it go.
Unfortunately, because whilst Tianeptine is good for depression it increases my anxiety level which Buspar seemed to quash.
So for now I'll just stick to Tianeptine and Ativan.
