i need ocd succes stories, and mine be gone??

i have this horrible obsession that the first days of the year have to be awesome, or i will have a year of bad luck
now first days of this year werent all that good, now i'm here sinking in a depression being sure this is going to be a horrible year
i'm currently taking parnate
i need succes stories, and i wonna know if this can be cured!!!
