Trazodone worked great for me. You can use Benedryl even in combination with trazodone. Ambien and Lunesta did not work for me, but they might be great for you. I never took the patch off at night. One thought, if you are getting insomnia already, it means you are a responder. MAOI's unfortunately are notorious for insomnia.
