Uh, oh! This improves 100%, at least in my experience. Yes, you can use plain Benedryl- no decongestants tthough. I tried both Ambien and klonopin- my impression was that klonopin was stronger, but it can be nasty to try to quit. I'm not needing any sleep aid right now. Some people say removing the patch is the way to go- but my concern is, does the body end up with less of the medication than intended that way? And selegeline doesn't clear out of the body instantly- so if one takes the patch off at night- perhaps the body isn't clear of the drug for a while. It doesn't make sense to me.> My first night on the patch, I took 200mg of Seroquel and 2 mg of Klonopin and only slept 3 hours. I am so bummed about this.
