My first night on the patch, I took 200mg of Seroquel and 2 mg of Klonopin and only slept 3 hours. I am so bummed about this.
Anu suggestions on getting any sleep? Ive heard about taking Ambien (never tried, would it be stronger than Klonopin?), Trazadone (is stronger than Seroquel?), to taking off patch, to Benedryl (is that OK to take?).
