SJS is rare, but there have been others here who experienced mouth sores on Lamictal.
Definitely I would suggest, based in the experiences of people here, stop Lamictal. See if mouth lesions resolve.
If not, I would go to a dermatologist. SJS , while very rare, is serious. Although you've seen a physican who would, I hope, have caught it, you should seek further treatment especially if the lesions don't go away.
