Doctors around this part of the country are funny. They rarely listen to you, and most of the time if you suggest one thing, they do the opposite.

Anyhow, that amount of ritalin at your age is probably fine.
There are some distrubing studies about how ritalin can affect brain growth and development, so it is an additional reason I have strayed away from it, but at your age, I don't think these things would be a factor.
