I take between 75 mg to 200 mg for sleep.

> No you don't need to cut out Benadryl if it helps you! It doesn't permanently alter metabolism. You won't gain weight since you don't eat much to begin with. I believe this is one of those instances where, if taken daily for years, a person may gain a a pound or two if diet weren't altered to make up for the difference.
