Yes. And in Nov 2005 I was living in another Province (without a pdoc) I attempted suicide and was in the hospital for a couple of weeks in the ICU. My pdoc told me to move back "home" and to borrow money from a friend (to get back and to move my stuff) and he would pay them back. Then he hospitalised me from December to February. I did borrow the money from a friend, but I never asked him to pay back my friend. I couldn't do that ... NO WAY. But he would have.
So yeah, he is special ... albeit unconventional.
