Yes, I am usually hungry at night because I have restricted all day and then it hits me. So a few tablespoons of yohurt or half a cup of skim milk or 6 almonds. That's what I am allowed to have.
Do you know why we can't sleep when we are hungry? Because when "we" were cavemen (sic) we had to hunt for our food. We had to wait and be alert for the opportunity to hunt. You would think that we would have lost that instinct by now. :-)
