You could cut back on the Celexa. Say if you were on 40, take 20 and add something else such as Wellbutrin at a low dose, i.e. 100 or 150 mg. It is often used to help with diminished libido. I was on Celexa, Wellbutrin and Adderall and found this combo was pretty good for awhile. I would try this before going off Celexa all together, esp. if it has helped some with your depression. It's always better to add other meds to modify the response rather than have to start all over again. Good luck.
