Paxil more likely to cause anxiety or prevent it?

I am taking 40 mg of Paxil, up from 20. I have taken 40 for a couple of weeks. I can't tell whether or not it is doing anything.
I am also on Seroquel 400mg and Klonopin 1-2mg.
