Phillipa, SOunds like a good plan to wait on the Boniva and give the Lamictal a try. I know that rash potential increases with doseage increases so you may want to wait until you've been on your full Lamictal dose for sometime. (dont know how long - ask your dr). Also, my PA said that the rash may appear to look like a sunburn, so be on the lookout. Maybe ask your dr EXACTLY what to watch for.
AS for me pouring my heart out, I'm sure it will happen again
