I've been on it for 2.5 years (80 mg) for ADD and it's still working well. Noticed a quieting of the mind and general peacefulness and huge reduction in racing thoughts and disorganization within about 72 hours.
Guess I'm one of the 10. I know I feel extremely blessed Strattera works this well as I had some trouble with stims due to hypertension.
