Anafranil causing sweating and weight loss

I started taking Anafranil 50mg and then 100mg at night. I've been taking it for 2 weeks now. I'm sweating a lot, my appetite is way down, and sex drive is down. Will these side effects go away and if so then how long will it take. I'm not sure if I should continue this med.
