I guess one being a personality disorder as opposed to a bioligical type illness makes a difference in behaviors but I don't know if it makes a difference in treatment. I need to know more about this myself but it may have something to do with what you experience. I can relate to the ruminating and doing things like clocking time travel, I think I am obsessive in that way but I attribute it to anxiety as far as how to treat it is concerned.
