wow...you're having a rough time. SOrry :-)
Valium isn't prescribed much in the US anymore, but other benzos are...its perfectly reasonably for you to try out Klonopin or Ativan (possibly Tranxene, Librium, or xanax) if you're having a rough time. The whole "addiction" thing is really overblown, and you're clearly having problems w/ your currently RX'd meds.Personally, I think you need something for sleep that isn't Zyprexa (thats used more for schizophrenia and bipolar). You could use Ambien, Restoril, other benzos (klonopin, ativan, xanax, valium), Lunesta..just not an antipsychotic. You might want to ask your doc what he's doing with you on an antipsychotic.
You might want to try out a mood-stabilizer. I like Trileptal OK--it calms you down w/o weight gain or making you stupid. Also, BuSpar might be an option; its designed for anxiety, but it can help with depression, too...the bad news is that you could get side effects and it takes about 7 days to help with anxiety, and about 1 month to fully kick in.
Good luck!
