how clean is desoxyn?

I often hear how "clean" of a stimulant Desoxyn is (in terms of CNS vs PNS stimulation).

Is this really the case? Does it, for example, have less effects on blood pressure and heart rate than Ritalin...caffeine (coffee, soda)...pseudoephedrine?
