If you've been using daily for a long time, you probably do need detox. I'm a former Vicodin abuser myself. I didn't go to rehab. I found help in AA.
I'd be glad to email or babblemail if you could use some help or support. This addiction dogged me for over 20 years and with AA and NA and the grace of God, I've been free of it for almost 11 months now. It can be done, I promise.
I'm here for you.
