You should try to figure out what is depressing you. It seems in my expierinces...depressions often times seems to be the product of being trapped in a bad place. Trapped is the key word there, if you weren't trapped you could just simply escape. Unfortunately, it seems to be the consensus amongst psychiatrists (who really should not be called doctors, even if that would be technically incorrect, for destroying the mind of the philosophical human seems to be the antithesis of what the doctorate stands for) that drugs should be synergistic with the psychological counsel of a therapist. However, I do not see how hurting a person's brain is supposed to supplement... "therapy". But, mayhap that is because I see therapy in the positive sense, instead of the so-called doctor wanabe that the psychiatrist is, conjuring divers support for medicines that abominable to humanity.
Hmmm, however, it must be stressed that you should never come off of any drugs, such as the ones you are taking, in a sudden manner. It is unfortunate, albeit darkly humorous, that one must receive this important notice from a stranger on th einternet (assuming that you weren't aware of this before hand, as it seems to me many people are not). I would suggest that you do some research and decide if you really want to use the drugs you are on. Sometimes, the benefits outweigh the associated risks, however, I would probably not prescribe that sentimental opinion on any neuroleptics...whatsoever.
I really don't want anyone else to go through what I have. You should not get dissociation, nightmares, memory problems, nervous system sensitivies from drugs that are supposed to help you. Unfortunately, I must abase the psychiatrists on this matter, however the case though, I would love to prescribe these miraculous drugs of wonder to those "doctors", seeing them develop tardive dyskinesia would be a collective f*ck-you to the world from all those that suffered needlessly from permanent psychological and physical horrors.
