Hello, Ive had depression all my life. Sometimes worse than usual. I think I realized i need to be on an AD when i started crying everyday. I still functioned and worked and raise my daughter, but i wanted to kill myself so bad, but knew i couldnt because of my girl, so i would just cry...I knew then that I needed help...
There is nothing wrong with admitting u need help. Its great that you are thinking about it.
