Yes, SSRi's can definately invoke rage sometimes. Activation of the 5-ht2c receptor can sometimes cause agression by inhibiting activity in the frontal cortex.

MAO-A knockout mice (basically mice with no MAO-A to eat up serotonin and norepinephrine) haver higher levels of serotonin and norepinephrine and are particularly agressive.
