Yes, it seems to be likely that amisulpride is raising prolactin. Just found out that amisulpride works on dopamine receptors, and as I mentioned before, dopamine regulates the release of prolactin from the pituitary.High prolactin is associated with autoimmune disease, so not sure if you had autoimmune problems before the medication.
Sorry, that the articles are confusing, this one seems to be a bit more clear...hopefully!
