paxil cleared the static in my brain

I've added a small amount of paxil to my bipolar drug cocktail (only 5 mg to start) but have felt the immediate effect of the negative and anxious thoughts or 'voices' going away. My mind feels calm without this static. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I just find it interesting because I've perceived the lifting of depression in a different way with each different antidepressant. ~~Autumn~~
