i took zoloft for a few years and got great relief with it. the sexual side effects were what switched me from that to celexa. lexapro is supposed to be even "better" than celexa, but i've chosen to stay with the celexa. "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." i disagree with utopizen - i think the ssri's DO work, you just have to find the right one. i also take wellbutrin xl, so combining an ssri with something else brings even greater benefits.

try the zoloft and see how it works for you. if it doesn't or you don't like it, there are others out there.
