Hey there,

I really appreciate the honesty and support. Today's my 7th day. The racing thoughts and paranoia are come and go.

I hit an NA meeting last night and choose just to listen. I went tongight, but I think the rooster I have is outdated for there was no meeting.

I really want this to help. I need peace of mind.
