Hi Avery,

I am a certified personal trainer/fitness instructor - and I have been on Lex for a few weeks ( i think 3) - I experienced a great deal of hunger in my first 2 weeks, and have seen it subside now. I would suggest not eating carbs at night if you are noticing weight gain. Just eat some chicken and veggies at night and cut out the sweets/potatoes for a bit and see if that helps. I don't recommend no carb diets because I do not agree with that philosophy, however, not eating carbs at dinner or after dinner will help keep them from turning into fat during resting mode (sleeping).

I hope this helps! Good luck!
