i have a question for people taking lithium?

i have noticed since i started taking it my eyes are very dry. i can't wear my contacts. they dry out so bad and stick to my eye. is this a lithium result. i drink lots of water so i don't see how i can get dehydrated? also, for you women on lithium, have you noticed swollen breasts. i get it with pms but didn't expect it with the lithium.
