Weight loss

Hi,
Can anyone tell me of any success they have had with any weight loss medication?? The SSRIs have really piled on the pounds on me over the last 12 months, and I want to try some weight loss medication to help me lose weight.
However I don't know which to try (either-over- the-counter or prescription) and I don't know whether they are safe to take with my current 40mg Prozac??
Any suggestions??
