Lexapro and sweating?

I've just returned to my prescribed dose of Lexapro (10 mgs. a day). Am experiencing bad night sweats and worse neck sweats? But I'm also 43, so these could be the first signs of perimenopause. Anyone else have this symptom and know of ways to deal with it?
