What is the dif between sp and avoidant pd?

Can anyone explain? Im confused and info would be gracisiouly appriciated. And please I am not expecting a professors response, as I would feel obliged to do if i read the above. What is that (perfectionism) attributed too as well, if anyone has any incling of knowledge. Thank you and all the best.
