it took me months to be able to work up to 50mg of zoloft, which seems to be the minimum therapeutic dose. i was on 12.5 forever, and then stuck at 25mg. zoloft at first made me really anxious, even more than usual, and it made it impossible for me to sleep. if you decide to stick with it, go very slow. cb
